Jack and Janice Ward joined Southwood in 2009, and he became “the man of many hats.”  By TITLE, he is the “Business Administrator” (in charge of all financial aspects of the church, recording tithes, coordinating and overseeing the payment of bills, providing financial data to the church, readying the end-of-year contribution statements, etc.  But, Jack is basically the pastor’s right-hand man, as chief assistant to the pastor in everyday business and church work.
Jack and Janice have four children and five grandchildren.  

Are you grateful to have someone usher you into the church, on a rainy day, holding an umbrella for you? Are you glad to see clean, working restroom facilities? Do you enjoy seeing a smiling face at the door when you visit a church?  He may be working behind the scenes all the time, but the man to thank is long-time “Facilities Manager” Lonnie Moxon.  His cheerful wife, Bettie, is yet another of the many smiling faces you’ll see at church.

Jeannie Dye is the mother of two and a Mimi ( she says that means “YOUNG grandmother”).  She also has had many other children through foster care.  The pastor’s assistant teaches Sunday School at Southwood.  While away from the church building, she thoroughly enjoys crafts.  Jeannie loves The Lord as well as her family and yearns to keep those priorities.
